Corn and seed chusco loaf with chicken, chicory, tomato and fresh herbs
At Granier we have brought vitamins A, B and E and minerals like phosphorous and calcium together in one of our breads: Our Corn and Seed Chusco Loaf. Along with all the properties of the sunflower seeds and corn content, we suggest you to add tender grilled chicken, chicory and tomato. It’s sandwich time!
- 2 Slices of a Corn and Seed Chusco loaf
- 3 Small chicken fillets
- 1 Head of chicory
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Tsp fresh herbs, chopped
- Olive oil
Dice the tomato and mix it in a bowl with chopped herbs, a pinch of salt and olive oil.
Cut the chicory into 3 or 4 cross-sections, dribble with olive oil and griddle.
Season the chicken fillets with oil and salt and griddle.
Toast the slices of bread and heap the chicory, chicken and diced tomato with herbs.
Place the other slice of bread on top and serve straight away.
