Multigrain chusco loaf with grilled chicken and vegetables

Our Chusco that blends wheat flour with 8 different seeds and grains, filled with vegetables such as courgettes and onion, with grilled chicken and mayonnaise. This is a simple and irresistible recipe for the most demanding tastes. It’s sandwich time!
- 2 Slices Multigrain Chusco Loaf
- 2 Chicken fillets
- 1/4 Onion
- 1/2 Small courgette
- Rocket leaves
- 2 Dessert spoon of mayonnaise
- 1 Dessert spoon of Greek yogurt
- Olive oil
Slice the onion and griddle.
Finely slice the courgette, sprinkle with olive oil and salt and griddle.
Season the chicken fillets with salt and olive oil. Griddle on both sides.
Toast the bread.
Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt.
Serve and enjoy
