Norlander with salmon

Northern European countries with their icy waters and cold climate took bakers from that region to create a type of bread strong on nutrients, seeds and of an intense flavour: The Norlander works very well with fish, another staple of the Scandinavian cuisine, that is why we have brought these two elements together. It’s sandwich time!

Ingredients
- 2 Slices Norlander
- 3 Gherkins
- 1 Handful fresh spinach leaves
- Cream cheese
- 2 Slices smoked salmon
- Bean sprouts
- 1/2 red onion
Preparation

Finely slice the gherkins and fold into the cream cheese.
- 02
Season the spinach leaves with a bit of olive oil.
- 03
Slice the onion.
- 04
Spread one of the slices of bread with cream cheese/gherkins mix, and top with salmon slices, spinach leaves and onion. Sprinkle some sprouts.

Place the other slice of bread on top and serve.
