Raisin and walnut chusco loaf with brie, turkey, cranberry sauce and pistachos
One of our tastiest and most nutritious bread: Raisin and Walnut Chusco Loaf. Raisins are very high on antioxidants and help digestion. Walnuts help prevent cardiovascular diseases and helps keeping a low cholesterol levels. We suggest you to add to this spongy, soft crumb loaf some Brie cheese and cranberry sauce. It’s sandwich time!
- 2 Slices Raisin and Walnut chusco
- 1 Tsp butter
- 30 gr Brie cheese
- 3 Roast turkey slices
- 1 Dessert spoon cranberry sauce
- 1 Dessert spoon finely chopped pistachios
Toast the bread and spread butter on one slice.
Add turkey slices, Brie cheese dices and cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with the pistachios and place the other slice of bread on top.
Serve and enjoy
