Seeded rustic sourdough with tuna, pepper and egg
One of Granier’s most popular loafs is our Seeded Rustic Sourdough. Our customers say that the shape grabs their attention, but it is the taste that wins them over. Serve our seeded Rustic Sourdough with fresh vegetables and tuna. A rich, easy to make healthy sandwich. It’s sandwich time!
- 1/2 Seeded Rustic Sourdough
- 1/4 Green pepper
- 1 Egg
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- 60 gr Tuna in olive oil
- 1 Dessertspoon of capers or pickles, finely chopped
- Mayonnaise (optional)
Cut the pepper into strips and fry it with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Boil an egg for 5 minutes, cool it down and peel it.
Cut some cherry tomatoes in half.
Slice loaf open and toast it.
Place the crumbled tuna, add peppers, tomatoes, grated boiled egg and some capers or pickles.
Add mayonnaise if you like.
Place the other slice of bread on top and serve.
