Traditional sourdough with turkey, courgette, tomato and gorgonzola cheese
Would you like a healthy, nourishing dish with fresh ingredients but you’re short on time? Don't worry, 15 minutes is all you need. Get a slice of our Granier Traditional loaf made from stoneground wholemeal wheat and sourdough and add some grilled courgette, tomato, turkey slices and Gorgonzola cheese. It's sandwich time!
- 2 Slices Traditional Sourdough
- 50 gr Roast turkey slices
- 1/2 Courgette
- 1 Tomato
- 30 gr Gorgonzola cheese
- Rocket leaves
- Olive oil
Slice the courgette, sprinkle with olive oil and griddle.
Slice the tomato.
Toast bread slices, add the rocket seasoned with olive oil, followed by the turkey, tomato, and courgette plus add crumbled Gorgonzola.
Place the other slice of bread on top and serve.
