Wholemeal farmers with brie, anchovies and diced tomato and olives

For the wholemeal fans, we have created a natural yeast sourdough made from 100% wholemeal wheat. It is a real delicacy served with vegetables, olives and Parmesan cheese. It’s sandwich time!

Bread Range



  • Slices 100% wholegrain sourdough bread
  • Brie cheese in slices
  • Anchovies
  • Handful lettuce leaves, chopped, washed and dried
  • Sliced tomato
  • Black olives
  • Dessert spoon shaved parmesan cheese

    Finely dice the tomato.

  • 02

    Dice the olives and mix them with the tomato. Season them with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    Toast the bread.

  • 04

    Place the lettuce leaves on one slice of bread.

  • 05

    Top with the Brie cheese and diced tomato and olives and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • 06

    Place the other slice of bread on top and serve.
