Wholemeal farmers with brie, anchovies and diced tomato and olives
For the wholemeal fans, we have created a natural yeast sourdough made from 100% wholemeal wheat. It is a real delicacy served with vegetables, olives and Parmesan cheese. It’s sandwich time!
- 2 Slices 100% wholegrain sourdough bread
- Brie cheese in slices
- 3 Anchovies
- 1 Handful lettuce leaves, chopped, washed and dried
- 1 Sliced tomato
- 4 Black olives
- 1 Dessert spoon shaved parmesan cheese
Finely dice the tomato.
Dice the olives and mix them with the tomato. Season them with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Toast the bread.
Place the lettuce leaves on one slice of bread.
Top with the Brie cheese and diced tomato and olives and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place the other slice of bread on top and serve.
